Welcome to Portsicle.com (“Portsicle,” “Site,” or “Service”), a portfolio and networking platform for photographers, models, stylists, and other creative professionals.

The Site is owned and operated by William David Reichardt Creative (WDRC) (“WDRC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site.

Models under the age of 18 may appear in uploaded content only if the account is created and administered by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts full legal responsibility for the account and all uploaded material. Images featuring a model under the age of 18 may also be uploaded by another user if the parent or legal guardian of the minor has granted that user permission or a license to use and display the image on the platform.

By uploading content to Portsicle, users acknowledge that the platform is intended to publicly display portfolios.

You grant permission for your images and profile content to be publicly viewable by other users and visitors of the Site for purposes including networking, portfolio viewing, and creative collaboration.

Users appearing in uploaded images are presumed to have granted permission for such display through appropriate releases obtained by the uploading user.


8. No Expectation of Privacy

Content uploaded to Portsicle is intended for public portfolio display.

Users should not upload content they expect to remain private.

WDRC cannot guarantee that content posted publicly will not be viewed, shared, or captured by others on the internet.

Portsicle supports artistic and professional photography and is intended to facilitate collaboration between human photographers, models, and stylists.

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools for editing, retouching, compositing, color grading, background replacement, or similar enhancements is permitted, provided that the underlying work originates from real human-created photography.
